How do I track my order?

What is your return policy?

Our return/exchange policy lasts 14 days.  If your item(s) is return within 14 days, you will receive a full refund.  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  We will not except any used items as a return.  Sale items are final sales and cannot be refunded or returns.  We do not refund gift cards.

What if I don't like my item?

We are happy to refund your money once we receive your item, or offer an exchange for something of equal value.

How do I return my item?

Please send us an email with your order number, reason for return, and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.

Are your cosmetics animal cruelty free ?

We are proud to say, not only are our beauty products animal cruelty-free, they are also vegan and paragon free.

Do you ship world wide?

Right now, we only ship to the US.
